TacMobile Senior Help Desk Support Specialist with Security Clearance - (Charleston, SC)

Duties of Position: * Provide data collection, trend analysis, and prepare Casualty Report (CASREP) briefs and reports * Provide Help Desk support, software support requests, CASREP status, trouble ticket metrics, and trend data * Identify trends, corrective action, and metrics by reviewing CASREPs, Distance Support actions, Technical Feedback Reports, Help Desk Trouble Tickets, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) Required skills / Years of Background: * Min 5yrs of background in Systems Administration * Strong written and Verbal Communications Desired Skills: * Knowledge of HBSS * Knowledge of ADP * Background using CMPRO * two - 3 yrs user background with Cryptographic equipment (ie:, KIV-7M, KG-40, etc.) * two - 3yrs user background with TacMobile communication, ADP, and SHF equipment and related sub systems Additional Notes: Prior background in Navy radio systems
