Library Technical Support Specialist The Library at SUNY Upstate Medical University is currently seeking a Library Technical Support Specialist to join their team. The Library Technical Support Specialist will manage, support, and troubleshoot Health Sciences Library staff computers, mobile devices, public workstations, servers, and peripherals, including updates, back-ups, security and operating system patches. Applications support and management for interlibrary loan, EZProxy, and print services, including software updates and testing. Coordinate the replacement and refreshment of Library computers, printers, software, and other peripherals. Provide technical support and assistance to both Library staff and patrons as needed. Contribute to the development of the Library web initiatives and perform site maintenance. Create and maintain documentation of Library systems and applications. Generate and analyze reports on usage of Library resources.
