Paralegal/Title Examiner About the Opportunity: Paralegal/Title Examiner position available for Downtown Law Firm specializing in Aircraft Title & Finance. Will review FAA and International Registry (“IR”) aircraft records and prepare title memoranda based upon same. Review and assemble documents for filing with the FAA. Core Responsibilities: • Review FAA and IR aircraft records • Prepare title memoranda for clients based upon FAA and IR aircraft records • Review and assemble documents for filing with the FAA • Correspond with clients by phone and email Qualifications: • Previous chain title background with Aircraft, Real Estate or Oil & Gas transactions preferred
