Insurance Defense ParalegalThe applicant will assist attorneys in gathering and organizing documents and records as needed, in addition to, reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing medical records, drafting discovery responses, assembling document production and assist with the drafting of motions to defend personal injury and commercial litigation. Should have 2+ years of background. Must preferably have strong writing expertise. A comprehensive knowledge of Ms office, Microsoft excel, Outlook, Adobe and Lexis/Nexis, as well as, effective communication and people skills is necessary.
