Production Supervisor - (Arkadelphia, AR)

Position details The Production Supervisor will be responsible to build/Maintain a team of employees through training and development of between 20-50 employees. Mentor, manage time, cross train, reassign employees as needed to best serve the interests of the business. Continually reinforce the need for safe behaviors. Create a work environment that recognizes, prevents and fixes all unsafe acts and situations. Submit Near Miss observations often and in detail to maintain safety in the area. Responsible for maintaining and enforcing all safety procedures and applying safe work practices for self and anyone in the area. Lead personnel to perform their tasks at the optimum performance level (Productivity - Cost) for their operation.
