Roundup River Ranch offers free camp experiences for kids with serious illnesses. Volunteer Coordinator, full time year-round. Seeking a highly organized administrative professional with staff training background. Must enjoy working in a kid's summer camp setting. Evening & weekend work required. The Volunteer Coordinator will further the mission of Roundup River Ranch through the development and management of volunteer services. This position supports all aspects of the volunteer program, including but not limited to, the recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteers; full compliance with all applicable standards; and ensuring that volunteers are intentionally trained. Required strengths in areas of organization, time management, training, communication, and people skills.
