Director of Development & Major Gifts - (New London, CT)

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT & MAJOR GIFTS Child and Family Agency of Southeastern CT, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, energetic, hardworking DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT & MAJOR GIFTS. This management position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the Agency's non-governmental fundraising, including the annual fund, special events and activities of the Agency's volunteer Auxiliaries, endowment and capital campaigns, major gifts, and planned giving. Requires flexible working hours, fundraising leadership, and hands-on work. Applicants must have demonstrated record of success with fundraising, development, and public relations. Great benefits plan includes fifteen vacation days (20 days after 5 years.), 12 sick days, eleven paid holidays, and 5 personal days per year, medical, dental, and life insurance.
