CHIEF PROBATION OFFICER Toledo Municipal Court The Court is now accepting applications for the position of Chief Probation Officer. This position plans and directs the overall operations and staff of the Probation Department. Proven skill in participative management, knowledge of evidence-based practices, expertise to build consensus for change and expertise to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others in a demanding and fast-paced environment required. Master?s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, criminal justice or management related discipline required. 8 (8) years experience in counseling, social work, criminal justice or psychology required, including a min 5 (5) years supervisory/managerial background required.
