Theatre and Dance School Hiring Dance Competition - (West Hempstead, NY)

FAME Theatrical Productions Honey's School of Dance Established dance school seeking a teacher with strong education in jazz, tap, ballet and contemporary. This a year-round school and the position will be full time. Honey's School of Dance cares about the development of every child. We want each child's background to be fun, exciting and enjoyable. We have a dance competition in least then three weeks. Our dance teachers are responsible for teaching well-planned, age appropriate technique classes. They are responsible for choreographing a dance for 2 yearly performances. We require that our teachers wear proper dancewear and shoes in each class. Hair must be pulled back into a ponytail or bun. Teachers must also be available to assist in our musical and theatrical showcase. Requirements: - Associate Degree in Dance recommended - At least 1+ years teaching dance ages two and up - Open availability Monday through Sunday - Able to start to immediately
