Executive: Chief Financial Officer Lighting Solutions - Wilmington - (Wilmington, MA)

Your new responsibilities COMPANY is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Chief Financial Officer to support our Lighting Solutions division. As a key member of the leadership team, this position will report to the CEO and the global Business Unit CFO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the business unit. Primary assignments include planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities. Main responsibilities: Provide leadership in the development and continuous evaluation of short and longterm strategic financial objectives. Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the business unit. Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions. Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
