Legislative Accounting Generalist - (Salem, OR)

Description Legislative Administration is recruiting for 1 full time, continuing Legislative Accounting Generalist to join the Financial Services team. The department provides accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial management services for Legislative Administration, Legislative Assembly, Legislative Fiscal, Legislative Revenue and the Commission on Indian Services. Budgeting services are also provided to Legislative Administration, Legislative Assembly. Legislative Policy and Research, and the Commission on Indian Services. This position is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting and reconciliation, purchase credit card program, and backup support for payroll. This position is located in the State Capitol Building in Salem, Oregon Duties & Responsibilities Accounts Payable: Verify the accuracy of requests for warrants, travel expense claims, and transfers to pay obligations.
