The Worldwide Solution Architect helps make sure our customers get the right overall solution for their business. This person uses an in-depth understanding of our press and of our hardware and workflow partner offerings to define and review customer configurations as well as to influence partner roadmaps. He or she will meet with customers to understand qualifications and to present solution proposals along with the benefits of those proposals. This role will also help with non-standard configurations and trials to support customer application growth. Responsibilities
