We are seeking entry level customer service representatives to join our Greensboro team. The applicant will be the front line of our customer service dealing directly with clients, vendors and inter-company personnel. A short summary of job functions are: - Customer Service - Shipment coordination & release process - Accurate data input & tracking - Preparation of timely arrival notification - Truck rate quoting, dispatching, & delivery confirmation - Coordinating customs clearances - Coordinating shipping schedules with overseas offices and agents - Invoicing Position responsibilities: -two years of professional transportation and/or logistic experience preferred. -Must enjoy working in a demanding, growth-oriented organization. -Effective communication abilities. -Excellent customer service & friendly, outgoing personality.
