You will support the sales efforts & admin functions, communicate with prospects and clients working directly with owner. NOTE THAT OWNER LIVES AND OFFICES IN LAKEWAY, TX. Looking for motivated individual capable of working on own once the tasks are are learned. Non-smoker.Responsibilities:Collect information from prospects and assist with proposal preparationManage the firms Drop Box and paper filing systems.Manage new CRM system for clients & prospectsExecutive Assistant for the ownerEmployee Development ProgramPerform all other office tasksQualifications:Previous background in office sales & admin functions or other HR related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and spoken communication skillsStrong attention to detail---Strong organizational skillsCompany DescriptionOur firm is a small HR Outsourcing Brokerage Agency.
