Responsibilites: Working closely with high-level clients in the following areas Land development - Single family residential layout and design, Multi-family residential layout and design, Site plan design Water Resource Engineering - Elevated storage tank, Water plant layout and design, Water well design, Ground storage tank design, Waste water treatment plants, Water master planning Transportation design - Collector and arterial roadways to support residential projects Construction project management - Coordination with contractors and owners, Review of pay requests, Responding to RFI's and design issues arising during construction, Review of survey cut sheets Requirements/Skills: Expertise to multi-task Strong attention to detail Strong people skills Comfortable communication abilities
