Essential Job Functions Responsible for attendee notifications & travel arrangements Maintains presenter correspondence (e-mails, calendar Invites, agenda changes) Orders and plans meals (snacks, drinks, per diem) Sets up training room (preparation and handouts) Maintains training centers inventory and locations list Maintains department E-Forms on TeamNet Skills and Requirements High-school diploma or equivalent Expertise to present a professional image and positive attitude Strong communication abilities in dealing with a variety of people, internally and on the phone Efficient organizational and time management expertise Proficient in Ms office software
