Underwriter III - Tax Credit - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Job details As an Underwriter III - Tax Credit within PNC's Tax Credit Investment Group (TCIG), you will underwrite numerous, often complex, tax credit investment transactions involving New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs) and/or Historic Tax Credits (HTCs). Specific duties include but are not limited to reviewing due diligence documentation, negotiating partnership and loan documents, preparing and presenting the approval package for each transaction, and assisting Originators to provide innovative project financing solutions utilizing TCIG's various tax credit programs, including NMTCs and HTCs. The Underwriter III will work in concert with the TCIG Asset Manager post-closing to manage any necessary follow-up matters. There is a high degree of interaction with 3rd-party accounting and legal consultants, as well as with sophisticated project development consultants and financial advisors.
