Assignments include: Manage and promote facial, skin and body care services and product sales. Supervise daily activities of the Estheticians. Provide training on all esthetic services. Oversee scheduling of the Eesthetics staff to meet business demands. Oversee backbar inventory and linen supply orders. Handle and resolve guest issues or complaints according to policy. Coordinate with Aestheticians regarding the status of equipment and supplies. Request repairs and replacements as needed. Research, recommend and arrange new service training for Estheticians.
