This position will require an individual with the knowledge to assist to develop and operate a cost effective operation which meets and exceeds guest expectation through the delivery of superior quality food, beverage and service in a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will collaborate closely with the Restaurant General Manager and will share responsibility for all aspects of the restaurant and bar as it relates to sales, growth of business, cost management and staff development.
