Job DescriptionFine Dinning Restaurant ManagerWell-established Fine Dinning Oceanfront restaurant in Kennebunkport, Maine in need of a guest driven Restaurant Manager to lead our FOH team. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager, who's assignments include building a great team and training them for excellent service. As Manager, you will work to make your restaurant the center of food in your area, including Social media and other in-house promotions. You'll lead a team of up to 45 employees. You'll contribute ideas that will make us a better company and bring in more customers that also leave happy. We are year-round but slower in the winter months. We expect our Manager to work six days in the busy three summer months with Tuesday as your day off.
