Akona Manufacturing provides the Upper Midwest and Canada with pre-mixed liquid, mastic, and powdered specialty products including concrete repair, floor preparation, tile setting, and specialty products. We are seeking a Production Worker to carry out various jobs in the manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detailed orientated, self-motivated, and have the expertise to understand and follow detailed instruction/directions. Job description Assist with the operation of powder and liquid batching systems and filling machines. Ensure proper packaging weights and product quality. Meet production line standards. Organize, stage, sweep, and clean up areas as needed and instructed. Drive forklift to transport manufactured items to required locations. Apply labels to bags, quarts, gallon bottles, five gallon pails, and drums.
