Shake Out Helper - (Attica, IN)

Harrison Steel has an opening on 1st shift in its shake out area for the floor sand molding line. The shake out area is responsible for removing steel castings from the sand mold and separating all of the parts of the mold to be reused. Various duties of the position includes: Separating sand, steel chills, rebar, and other materials to be reused Operating shakeout machinery which breaks down sand into reuseable sizes Hooking crane chains to castings and flasks Operating a skid steer and fork truck Cleaning and shoveling sand Requirements and Skills Enjoys hands-on work Basic math & reading skills Work well in a team setting and with others Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Works safely and observes all safety procedures Working environment:
