Accounting Specialist - (New London, CT)

Accounting Specialist This position will assist with financial registration of students, invoicing and maintaining tuition accounts. Additional duties will include providing accounting and clerical support for management, prepare and keep financial records updated, run accounting software program to process accounts payable and receivable, disbursements and receipts. A successful Accounting Specialist should be familiar with all accounting procedures and be detailed oriented and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Must have a min of 2 yrs background in the accounting field and hands on background with Microsoft excel spreadsheets and financial reports. Current knowledge of Peachtree accounting a plus.
