This is a telecommuting position so all that is required is a computer and a phone Go to MYHEALTHDENTAL.COM Responsibilities: Each recruiting manager will have heavy phone duties on a daily basis for the purposes of recruiting new teammates. This position will also assist in their training as part of a larger team.This phone work will be both inbound and outbound with emphasis on outbound. Each prospect will be provided details and have their questions answered. When you bring on a new new team player you will also act as their team leader and assist in new team player training. No background is required as we provide full extensive training. Qualifications: We need candidates who will be outgoing, high achieving and have strong work ethics. Must have good phone presence and be able to multi task.
