Job DescriptionManage retail operation with full- and part time staff. Anticipated annual gross revenue is $450,000+ per year. Store is moving to new location in the next six months. You will be responsible for establishing a positive, enthusiastic company culture and inspiring retail excellence in your employees. Min two year college education required. Excellent verbal and written correspondence a must. 4 yrs retail management or hospitality industry management preferred. Public speaking background a plus as you will be required to share the story of our store with the community. Expertise to think strategically, manage employees, recruit personnel all must-haves.
