Assoc. Manager, AR Job - (Trinity, NC)

Position summary: We are currently seeking an exceptional applicant to be part of the Accounting team at Tempur Sealy. The Associate Manager -- Accounts Receivable will primarily be focused on Accounts Receivables duties. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area: * Oversee and lead in department operations to ensure receivable functions are being performed in accordance with Company policies and procedures. * Supervisor the Accounts Receivable staff including feedback and developmental discussions. * Develop and maintain accounts receivable reports through Business Objects, AX Dynamics and/or Manbase/Lawson to help monitor customer balances and payment trends. * Partner with Key Personnel on new customer set-ups to ensure invoicing and receivables management procedures are met within established parameters. * Assist in implementing accounts receivable automation projects to promote better efficiencies and reduce manual transactions.
