Job DescriptionGeneral Description: Perform Production support activities related to maintaining and setting up of production line equipment. Trouble shoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical problems on equipment plus some facility work including painting and replacing lighting. Clean maintain and repair equipment throughout the production area. Specific duties: Disassemble and re-assemble conveyors periodicallyUtilize Maintenance work orders for P.M. and condition based work.Set up production lines per production schedule and set-up sheet.Troubleshoot equipment for mechanical and basic electrical problems.Document sanitizing, maintenance and setups per GMP/SOP standards.Maintain housekeeping in conformance with GMP/SOP.Perform other duties and assignments as instructed by Supervisor.Be able to train mechanics on equipment.Possess leadership expertise to maintain and run lines to standard efficiency.
