Port of Portland - Portland, OR POSITION: Project Engineer supporting Marine Facilities SALARY: $77,756.00 - $121,524.00 Annually OPENING DATE: 01/03/18 CLOSING DATE: 01/21/18 05:00 PM GENERAL DETAILS: The Port of Portland takes pride in operating America's Best Airport, several marine ports, and properties and infrastructure located throughout the metropolitan area. The Engineering Department provides design and project delivery for facilities, utilities, systems, and equipment in support of marine and aviation operations. The Project Engineer supports these services within the Facilities Engineering team by providing engineering for the design, improvement, maintenance, and/or construction of infrastructure and facilities. Examples of projects this position will support include leading design of civil, structural and/or mechanical improvements at marine facilities, design review of consultant designs, and problem-solving and project development with maintenance and operations teams.
