EnSight is currently looking for a Machine Shop Supervisor to join our growing team! Come join us as we offer our customers more than 100 yrs of combined background in the food processing industry. We are passionate about working closely with our customers, and engineering the most creative solutions to meet their particular food industry equipment needs. Our Machine Shop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production output of our Machine Shop Department. The perfect candidate will work alongside and in conjunction with the rest of the EnSight team to ensure that all parts and assemblies progress through the shop in a timely manner, communicating progress to leadership as needed. Essential Duties: Foster a positive environment that leads teammates to accomplish collective goals. Support and/or facilitate the training of teammates on proper use of manual and CNC equipment and procedures.
