The applicant will represent clients in immigration bond hearings, removal and deportation proceedings, and BIA appeals. Will prepare and draft motions, briefs, and legal documents on behalf of clients. Supervise paralegal and assist in preparation of asylum applications and other forms of relief. Knowledge of immigration law and procedures is required. Membership to AILA and local Bar Associations is required.
