Leading food manufacturer that delivers consistently superior products is searching for a Production Supervisor for their location near Sheboygan, WI. There is potential for department leadership roles in the near future. This is a night shift position in a 24/7 facility, running eight hour shifts with rotating schedules. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Direct shift personnel to ensure that quality qualifications and customer volume qualifications are met * Implement safety and regulatory programs * Education and development programs for shift personnel * Inventory accuracy and production reporting * Assist with production schedules and staffing qualifications * Maintain sanitation programs * Schedule equipment repairs EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred; High-school certificate or Equivalent required. CRITICAL SKILLS: * 3+ years of supervisory background in food manufacturing * Filtration and evaporator spray dryers * Food safety and sanitation regulations
