SR. QUALITY ENGINEER - Tier I Automotive - (Spartanburg, SC)

POSITION SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS (PSR): Demonstrates performance in all quality assurance engineering functions Develops and trains for plant and/or division quality systems Has expertise to perform and assist with all QA techniques (i.e. FMEAs, DOE Plans, 8Ds, etc.) Directs and oversees QA Technicians and QA Engineers Supports and assists QA Manager in his/her absence An exceptional World Class Tier I Automotive supplier has a need to fill a position os Sr. Quality Engineer for their plant located in Spartanburg, SC. The successful applicant will be a hands on senior level Quality Engineer. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: BS/BA required Background: Requires 5+ years Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Requires general supervision Supervises under general guidance Hands On Exposure with BMW (80%), Mercedes, Nissan and VW Would look at QM that was available BS degree
