Job DescriptionExperience: Prefer an individual with at least 3 years of mortgage or home equity lending background, but will accept comparable background. Proficient with Ms word and Ms excel. Knowledge and Skills: Individual must have good oral and written correspondence abilities, as well as strong people skills. Must be capable of making decisions within the scope of responsibility, while working with members, outside vendors and fellow employees. Must maintain a working expertise of secondary lender and TruWest qualifications and guidelines to insure time deadlines and members needs are met efficiently and accurately. Operate the 1st Mortgage computer system with efficiency and accuracy. Knowledge of current FNMA guidelines is helpful.
