Process Engineer - Thermoplastic Profile Extrusion - (Mantua, OH)

Job DescriptionMantaline Corporation is seeking a detail oriented Process Engineer to join our close knit organization. The Process Engineer will be responsible for the successful launch of new thermoplastic profile extrusions as well as the profit optimization of our existing thermoplastic business. Mantaline Corporation prides itself on being employee owned and a leader in polymer based extruded and molded sealing products in the U.S. This role will have a high-level of visibility within our organization and require frequent interaction with the top management team including the President. This position will report to the VP of Engineering. The right applicant would be joining a small energetic team as a productive member, someone who holds themselves accountable for their personal success and contributes to the success of those around them. The ideal candidate will have 5-eight years thermoplastic profile extrusion background, excellent issue solving abilities and a strong understanding of product design.
