Graybar is looking for an experienced Distribution Center Manager with 3PL experience to help us maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction in every area of our business. Purpose Manage all facets of zone/service center warehouse operations including implementation and maintenance of logistics processes, personnel management, inventory management, security, safety, housekeeping, accounting and administrative processes related to warehouse activities, and all other functions designed to meet and exceed zone/service center customer service performance standards (Level III positions are typically scoped as the top 20% of Type A zone/service center locations). Manage all aspects of workforce management including hiring, training, evaluating, mentoring, rewarding, disciplining, and succession planning.
