Construction Manager - (Crow Agency, MT)

POSITION: Construction Manager DEPARTMENT: Construction SUPERVISOR: Executive Director WAGES: Based upon education and background POSITION DESCRIPTION: Works independently with considerable latitude for discretion and judgment. Must have knowledge in every phase of commercial and residential construction. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with and oversee contractors and subcontractors to complete projects on time and within budget Manages and supervises assigned operations; plans and organizes workloads and staff assignments; trains, motivates and evaluates assigned staff. Approves all phases of construction project; prepares cost projections for specific projects. Advises on budget development and IHP planning development.
