Perform all aspects of facility programming/planning, including: Existing conditions assessment/engineer coordination. Zoning and building code research and assessment. Service line volume assessment and translation into a Functional and Space Program. Stakeholder interviews. Master plan option development including phasing. Written and graphic documentation to communicate master plan concepts both independently and in support of other planning staff.
