Project manager - (Wharton, NJ)

PROJECT MANAGER ACT is currently recruiting a Project Manager for coordinating and managing all assigned projects including but not limited to, assisting sales in planning of projects, the development of project bids (quotes), timelines and assigning and monitoring necessary sub-contractors. Responsibilities include but not limited to Work with the Engineering Department throughout a job to ensure proper design, accurate submittals, as built drawings, and proper documentation. Works with the Service dispatcher and sub-contractors facilitate all field related work and schedules. Submit design drawings to customers and authorities having jurisdiction and to obtain the required approvals. Ensures that the projects meet deadlines, ACT quality standards and exceed customers expectations. Maintain project equipment supply in local warehouse. Responsible for equipment purchasing and delivery for all assigned jobs.
