Facilities Project Manager - Physical Security - (Reading, PA)

DescriptionPosition Summary:This position will ensure that proper security tools and systems are in place (i.e. hardware and equipment) at all field locations and that operators are utilizing the tools correctly. Additionally, this position will proactively identify and make necessary recommendations (including requests from Corporate Security and/or Field Operations) for improving overall facility security. Also required of this role are managing project budgets, schedules, and invoice payments and reporting out to multiple levels of leadership.Major Responsibilities:- Using functional ability, proactively assess and manage facility security projects/ programs to include: - Supervision of contractors, project administration and budgeting for facilities security projects (under $50,000, typ.) and Facilities Corporate security initiatives and programs.- Financial Analysis: -Perform value engineering -Project cost analysis -Contract negotiation.
