Call Center Representative - (Knoxville, TN)

Are you looking for a new job opportunity in Customer Service? Randstad Knoxville is currently recruiting for customer service representatives for full-time positions in the South Knoxville and downtown area. The customer service positions are primarily receiving inbound calls, and assisting customers by answering questions, and directing them to the info to provide a solution. You do not need previous call center experience to be considered for these opportunities. If you have 2 yrs of recent customer service work experience, and are able to provide 2 professional work references, we want to speak with you. To be considered for these opportunities, applicants must be flexible to work an assigned shift from 7:00am - 10:00pm, that could include weekends as well. Your schedule will be determined on an as needed basis and preferences will be considered. Working hours: 7:00am - 8 pm Skills: - You must be able to pass a drug screen and experience investigation - Customer service experience is required
