Bi-lingual customer service associates (Spanish/English fluency) JOB DESCRIPTION: Call Center Agents are responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, courteous customer service via phone, fax, mail, or email. Handle customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with 1 call resolution. The position is for several clients in the Knoxville, TN area. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS: - Document all contacts, verifying customer contact information, reason for call, and resolution. - Great attention to detail and management skills. - Provide excellent customer service skills. - Respond and resolve customer service issues via telephone, fax and E-mail. - Promote company image through professional service and actions. Working hours: first & second shift Skills: **Position for Multi-lingual customer service associates only (Spanish)** REQUIREMENTS: - Computer competency with Microsoft office suite and typing skills at min 25 wpm.
