REQUIREMENTS: Must will be self-motivated and able to operate independently, Must have excellent time organizational skills, organized, and the expertise to multi-task, Must be proficient knowledge of computers, 5+ years of SC family law litigation background, Criminal Law background will be given preference, Communicate well with others, DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Draft legal correspondence, Prepare pleadings for filing and drafting certificates of service/mailing, Maintain case files, Assist in billing, Assist with discovery, Monitor county dockets, Accurate calendaring, Other support duties assigned by attorney.
