Performing general janitorial and warehouse responsibilities at the facilities, including help in minor repairs; plumbing and carpentry and organizing/maintaining inventory. General Responsibilities Maintain clean laboratories, offices and warehouse.Clean facilities floors by sweeping, mopping or scrubbingClean restroom and replenishes supplies.Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas in offices and corridors.Remove trash from the facilities, including warehouse, kitchen, offices, bathroom and labs.Remove snow from sidewalks and driveways using shovels and spread snow-melting chemicals.Clean windows, furniture or equipment when necessary.Place trash in proper receptacles and recycle dumpster.Assist in relocating storage boxes
