Broker Relations Representative - (Oklahoma City, OK)

This position will work 40 hours per week. Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran DUTIES Generate profitable sales for new groups through a variety of sales channels in order to generate profitable sales and grow membership. Create opportunities, determine proposal strategies and presentations, sales execution, and closure. Will spend approx 70% of time out of the office communicating DDOKs value proposition, building relationships and selling to brokers. REQUIREMENTS Requires a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or other related position or equivalent in background. Health industry or group insurance background desired. Background in dental terminology is also a plus. Must have strong marketing, sales & communication expertise, as well as good writing, editing/proofing & multi-tasking skills.
