Position overview: Scientist Cell Based Assays This scientist will be responsible for the development, qualification, validation and execution of Client cell based assays using imaging cytometry to support the rational design of biotherapeutics molecules. Responsible for testing Pharmaceutical drug applicants these assays in support of therapeutic targets. This is an opportunity to join a Pharmaceutical research laboratory using cutting edge cytometry and mass spec technology to enable BioTx Translation Sciences. Responsibilities Applicant will apply ability and knowledge of, cell culture, cellular functions assay, and flow and/or cell imaging-based technologies to develop and validate a quantitative cell based assays. • Development and implementation of Client cellular in vitro assays • Maintain and characterize primarily cells • Measure internalization kinetics and intracellular trafficking of labeled molecules • Analysis, interpretation and documentation of complex data
