Quality Manager - (Kalamazoo, MI)

As a Quality Manager within PNC's Retail Business Performance Management Quality Assurance (BPM-QA) organization, you will be based in Kalamazoo MI, Pittsburgh PA, or Brecksville OH. You will manage a team of professionals whose most important role is supporting Credit Card Operations and the SCRA (Servicemembers' Civil Relief Act) Center Of Excellence through RCSA quality assurance testing, issue validation, and other risk based testing priorities. As part of the larger BPM-QA testing organization, which resides in the 1st Line of Defense (1LOD), you will collaborate with the other BPM-QA testing teams to align testing standards and expectations, recommend remediation for controls deemed ineffective, partner with other 1LOD and 2LOD risk, compliance, and testing teams, and manage staff augmentation resources.
