Responsibilities • Advise on HR policy • Assist with employee communication programs • Coordinate employee development programs • Coordinate recruiting and hiring • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements • Maintain employee records • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes • Prepare and post notices and advertisements • General Bookkeeping responsibilities Education • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related position • Program completed in personnel administration Requirements • Certified Human Resources Professional Skills • Acts with discretion • Basic technical skills • Great communication abilities • Knowledge of evaluation tools • Solves problems effectively • Well organized • Works well in a team Compensation $13 - $15 per hour Job category Full time Benefits
