Organizational Development & Training Manager (8781) - (Racine, WI)

The Vice President, Organizational Development & Training Manager (VP, OD&T) works with HR and internal business partners to create solutions that contribute to the organization's strategic priorities. The VP, OD&T will assess, design and implement relevant human performance processes, programs, and tools to develop and strengthen functional and organization impact and results. This individual will lead the design and implementation of initiatives that build a high performance culture and ensure all associates and managers have the essential skills and tools to perform well. Primary responsibilities * Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals in achievement of department and company objectives. * Lead ongoing organizational diagnosis by understanding business needs (current and future), examining what's working and what's not, and recommending solutions to address gaps.
