Provide training and technical support to customers for Hamilton products. Conduct and maintain a training program for Hamilton products. Act as a technical liaison between customers and Hamilton Sales team to meet and maintain customer needs. Operate within a designated territory and provide onsite and remote customer support as required. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Design and deliver basic and advanced software and product training for customers. Deliver training in a formal (classroom) and informal (onsite) setting.
