Line Cook - (San Antonio, TX)

As Line Cook, you will perform tasks related to food preparation, presentation, cooking, stocking ingredients, catering, and sanitizing. You will constantly exhibit an exceptional internal and external guest service attitude and obvious interest in guest assistance as you will be a part of the safe opertaion of the restaurant (s) kitchen area. Essential Duties Establish and maintain positive, cooperative, and effective working relations with fellow employees. Constantly exhibit a guest service attitude, a smile, and an obvious interest in guest comfort and service. Communicate with the public in a courteous and tactful manner and assist guests with questions and directions to various areas of the Zoo. Address the guest - do not wait to be asked. Remove trash and debris from public areas; i.e. pick up litter whenever you see it. Assist in the preparation of food for daily business. Work all equipment as needed including the grill and fryers.
